In the United States, Insurance Fraud is expected to cost
the insurance industry over $125 billion dollars in the year 2000 and jump even
higher in 2001. It is not the victimless crime that many people think it is.
Anyone who thinks that the insurance companies will absorb the cost of fraud is
gravely mistaken.
As the owner of Investigative Resource Center, Inc., and the past Manager of a
major SIU operation, I am fully aware of the problems we all face in the
combatance of the growing fraud problem.
We are all faced with the ever-decreasing budget, out-sourcing of our staff and
other economic issues that dictate which files, if any, get investigated. As a
Fraud Claims Law Associate (FCLA) and Master Insurance Fraud Investigator (MIFI),
I have selected a staff of investigators that have all been certified as Fraud
Investigators.
Whether we act as your SIU Operation or just as an overflow vendor,
IRC, Inc.
will utilize all of our resources to perform the most in-depth good-faith
investigation on the case submitted for investigation. If a material
misrepresentation is identified our staff is prepared to assist in all legal
proceedings.
With the new rules and regulations regarding the qualifications and training of
SIU investigators, IRC, Inc. offers free fraud training to all of our clients.
The topics covered will satisfy most state requirements.
